173. Scraperboard art

When I was a kid my parents and grandparents would always try to get me to do creative crafts instead of just sitting in front of the tv.

Sometimes when I went to visit my Nan her neighbours would have given her a small craft kit for me to play with. I remember vividly one of them being a scraper art set, a black sheet with colour under the topcoat which you scratch off.

Doing this again today made me feel like a child. Great fun!
